Senior Graphic Designer
Creative Design & Visual Strategy:
- Develop and execute creative design concepts for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, corporate documents, and advertisements.
- Design and develop eye-catching graphics for clients’ social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with brand strategies.
- Lead the design process for digital marketing campaigns, delivering high-quality, visually appealing content.
Video Production & Editing:
- Create and edit videos for marketing and branding purposes, ensuring the final product is both impactful and visually engaging.
- Use creative techniques to produce videos that support our clients’ marketing objectives.
Branding & Identity:
- Design and revamp logos, style guides, and other brand identity elements, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Maintain and enhance the integrity of brand identities across client projects, ensuring cohesive visual storytelling.
Collaborative Campaign Development:
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute visually compelling marketing campaigns.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers and freelancers to maintain high standards of design quality.
Print & Digital Marketing Collateral:
- Design marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters, and corporate documents for multiple brands.
- Ensure the visual appeal and quality of print materials meet client expectations and adhere to branding guidelines.
Website & Social Media Design:
- Collaborate with web development teams to design visually engaging website graphics and layouts.
- Create graphics that enhance user experience and align with SEO best practices on digital platforms.
Internal & Client Support:
- Support both the marketing needs of Shivanshi Sharma Consultancy and its clients with high-quality graphic design outputs.
- Contribute to internal design projects, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all company materials.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Lead the design team, providing direction, feedback, and guidance to junior designers and external collaborators.
- Oversee the design process from ideation to delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines and client expectations.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on both digital and print media.
- Demonstrated experience leading design projects and managing teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital, social media, and print design work.
- A keen eye for detail with the ability to balance creativity and functionality.
- Proactive, collaborative, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work and adhering to project deadlines.
- Proficiency in design software such as Canva and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience in creating user-centric designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Expertise in video production and editing, with experience in producing marketing and branding videos.
- Solid grasp of branding, typography, layout, and colour theory to deliver visually appealing and effective designs.
- Experience working with international clients, particularly in the UK and European markets.
