Shivanshi is a marketing and branding enthusiast who has supported many organisations within the security and FMCG industries. She founded Shivanshi Sharma Consultancy for the sole purpose of providing companies with specialised strategic marketing, brand building, business development, and PR services.
Shivanshi is also the Director of Marketing for the International Professional Security Association (IPSA). Her passion for marketing is backed by a strong academic background, with bachelor’s in Mass Media (Advertising) from India and MSc in Management from Cranfield University, UK.
It was in the UK where Shivanshi was first introduced to the security industry. She created the marketing strategy for The Security Institute and built a strong network of trustworthy relationships that later enabled the launch of Shivanshi Sharma Consultancy. After working in the UK, Shivanshi returned to India and worked for a risk consulting firm, operating in South Asia’s high-risk regions. Having explored the European and Asian security markets, Shivanshi recognised the global lack of marketers specialising in the industry and founded the consultancy to provide dedicated marketing and branding support to security organisations.
Her British academic and professional journey has been covered by Business Because, and she has been presented with the Director’s Award at Cranfield, along with other recognitions for her commitment to personal and professional growth. Her expertise in marketing and efforts towards establishing a security industry focussed consultancy have been recognised by clients and partners alike; and led to the establishment of a reputable and reliable brand.
Along with marketing and branding, Shivanshi has also always been excited by writing and public speaking. While she has won a few accolades for the latter, the former inspired her to write articles that have been published by the National Geographic Traveller India magazine, and in other blogs and websites.
As she grows with her consultancy, she hopes to add more feathers to her hat, help many more businesses, and give back to the industry that has made her entrepreneurial aspirations a reality.
